Friday, March 5 Gail Gibbons Visits   Gail Gibbons, author of more than one hundred children's books, talked about her life and the steps involved in creating and publishing a book.

Friday, March 5 Students of the Month January and February   Students from third, fourth and fifth grade classrooms were honored at the monthly B.E.S.T. assembly as "Students of the Month" for their efforts during Caring & Sharing Month. Kindergarten, first and second grade classes recognized students in their classrooms.

Monday, March 8 It's Not Over Yet   After beautiful weather over the weekend, Mother Nature reminded everyone on Monday morning that she wasn't quite finished with the white stuff.

Friday, March 26 A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words   Mrs. Coryer's fifth graders chose photo opportunities or posed classmates for photos that would tell a story or express a feeling. In computer lab, they used different effects to enhance their photo message before writing a brief description and self-evaluation.
