Friday, May 28 Culture Club   These second and third graders get together to learn about people from all around the world. They're working on an art project about Italy's culture.

Tuesday, June 1 String Instrument Lessons   Yes, those are violins in the cases. These students, fresh from their instrument lessons, are on their way back to their classroom studies.

Wednesday, June 2 "Hey, Little Ant"   Mrs. MacDougall's second graders acted and sang the story "Hey, Little Ant" by Phillip and Hannah Hoose to illustrate our B.E.S.T. theme of citizenship.

Thursday, June 3 Spring Picnic   This year's spring picnic for students was sponsored by the PTA and student council. Hotdogs and hamburgers on the grill and pleasant weather made it a great break for lunch..... ....... before afternoon lessons.

Friday, June 4 Field Days   Students participated in Field Day activities this week. An emphasis on non-competative games created a fun and healthy time with friends and schoolmates.
