Learning About Disabilities
First graders were visited
by Lolli Abramson of the NYS Office of Mental Retardation
and Developmental Disabilities. Ms. Abramson brought
several puppets who talked to the children about
their physical disabilities and their unimpaired
ability to enjoy happy and full lives.
