Thursday, November 4 Noticing Good Habits   Second graders are becoming better readers each week. Watching and listening, this class noticed some things good readers do.

Friday, November 5 First Snow 7:48 AM It was white and it fell from the sky. Only skiers rejoiced.

Monday, November 8 Helping Furry Friends   Food drives always result in hundreds of pounds of food donated to our local Joneville Food Pantry. Several classes are donating to a special "Thanksgiving Pet Food Drive" organized by the Animal Protective Foundation in Scotia.

Tuesday, November 9 Farmers' Museum Fourth grades recently took a trip back in time to the Colonial life experienced at the Farmers' Museum in Cooperstown.

Wednesday, November 10 B.E.S.T. Assembly   This month's B.E.S.T. assembly was so colorful that Mr. Bird climbed to a new height to take a photo of the entire school population.

Friday, November 12 A Reunion Third grade teacher Carol Jones looks over photos with Daniel Horne, a visitor from Ohio who is in the area seeing his family. Mr. Horne was a student in Miss Jones' third grade classroom in Tesago  .......... ............... in 1971,

Thursday, November 18 Writers' Workshop During a first grade "Writers' Workshop", great stories and great smiles are always created.

Friday, November 19 A Visit From A Storysinger   Storysinger Chris Holder presented a program titled "Waterway Wanderer", which included stories and songs from the whaling ships to the early days of the Erie Canal.

Tuesday, November 23 Exercise and Nutrition Dr. Martin J. Abrahamson, acting chief of Medicine at the Harvard affiliated Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, spoke to fourth and fifth graders about the importance of exercise and nutrtion in their lives.

Tuesday, November 23 A Thanksgiving Feast   Thanksgiving at Tesago would not be complete without our annual Kindergarten "Thanksgiving Feast". Pilgrim lads and lasses and Native Americans joined together at the cafeteria tables!

Wednesday, November 24 Serving our Country   Earlier this month, fourth graders were shown some of the equipment our soldiers are using in the mideast. National Guard member Tiffany Streit was a student in Tesago and Gary Machina is a dad of a Tesago student.
